Madison India Real Estate Fund Limited is a Mauritius based investment company focused on making investments in the emerging real estate market in India.

The investors in the Company are institutions and high net worth individuals from the UK, the US and Australia.

Geographically, the Fund invests in assets in:

•  The “National Capital Region” (the greater metropolitan region comprising New Delhi, Gurgaon and Noida)
•  The South India metros of Bangalore, Chennai and Hyderabad

V. (Ravi) Ravindran : Ravi is the Chief Executive of Paracor Company Inc., an Investment Company that he founded in 1994. In this capacity, he directed the management and disposal of a portfolio of U.S. Corporate and Real Estate assets in excess of US$600 million. Since the early 1990s Paracor and Ravi have advised and assisted several foreign corporations in establishing their Indian operations as well as co-investing in the ventures with a significant management role. He has served on numerous company boards in the U.S. and India including Northwest Airlines, the fifth largest airline in the world and Fosters India Ltd., the Indian brewing subsidiary of Fosters Group of Australia. Ravi started his finance career as a Management Trainee with State Bank of India (India 's largest bank) where he handled a variety of assignments in Foreign Exchange and International Finance in India and London. From 1978 to 1993 Ravi was a senior executive and Board Member of EFG Holdings Ltd., the Merchant Banking Subsidiary of Fosters Group of Australia in Melbourne, Hong Kong and New York.

Ravi Ravindran is a graduate of Madras University, India (Physics) and an Associate of the Institute of Bankers, London. He has also completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Brady Scanlon : Brady is the Managing Director of Euro Equity Operations (UK) Limited. The Company advises its parent European company on investments in Europe. Since he joined the company, Euro Equity Operations Ltd has invested in private equity, property, bond and FX markets.

Euro Equity has launched Victoria Capital a hedge fund as well as Mosaic Property which focuses on Eastern European property. Following the close of its first capital raising in September, 2006, Mosaic CEE had €180m of capital available.

Brady is a non executive director of a number of companies including Pyford International, a US$3bn Funds Management business focusing on pension funds. He has a degree in commerce law from Australia.
