Anil Pathak, CEO & Managing Director, has studied management at Carnegie Mellon University, USA and Cranfield University, England UK, from where he received an MBA. He has passed the CPA exam. Anil has worked in finance and strategic planning with large business houses in India, including, the Tatas, the RPG Group and the Wadia Group. His last assignment was with The Ford Motor Company in the USA. Anil has played a lead role in a number of real estate investment transactions. He is an eminent Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (FRICS). Anil has been appointed Chairman for the RICS India Valuations Working Committee for 2010-2011.

Nandlal Charles Rane, Principal, has a 1st Class B.Tech Hons. degree in Civil Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai and has worked for over 35 years in real estate and infrastructure. His experience is cross functional with stints in design, construction management and project management. He has worked across the segments of residential, retail, office, hotel and warehousing. His last assignment was as CEO of Transformer India Management Private Ltd. – a company set up by Carval Investors to develop international standard warehousing in India.

P. C. Sasikumar, Vice President - Finance & Administration, has an MBA from Indira Gandhi National University. He has 18 years of experience in the areas of finance and accounting. His last assignment was as finance head for PL Shipping & Logistics Ltd.

Ankur Mehta, Vice President, is a Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary. He has six years of experience in finance and accounting. His last assignment was with Citigroup as a Credit Risk Associate.
